We had a great time staying at the Grand Victorian with it's beach front access right in the heart of downtown. Almost everything you need is within walking distance. Our condo was very comfortable and clean with nice furnishings and all the amenities we needed without having to bring everything from home.
Apex Beach Rentals provided great service. The most memorable service was fresh Maine lobsters right from the boat delivered to our front door, boat price lobsters and no additional cost for the delivery, it was amazing!   -Grand Victorian Guest Summer 2009

This place is amazing! We thought this condo was up scale and had beautiful marble counter tops and hardwood floors. The two balconies gave us fabulous views of the ocean and unforgettable seats to the fireworks on thursday nights. The condo had everything we needed to cook for the family and the washer/dryer came in very handy during our week at the beach. We parked the car and didn't drive anywhere all week since everything is within walking distance. Apex rentals even arranged to have fresh Maine lobsters delivered to our door, which was a real treat.  -Grand Victorian Guest Summer 2009

How wonderful to have the discription of your vacation spot far surpass your expectations-location -OMG-On the ocean what a view from our terrace -a few feet away -immaculate living quarters -above and beyond staff - my family came to visit and parking was prvided for them at no charge -they will be renting next year -I did cook in a fully equiped kitchen -so clean and easy to acces eveyrthing but when i did not cook i had hard choices the myst was wonderful the surf for lobster -all fast food that cannot be beat -amusement park a few yards away and pier where you can find anything -indoor pool salt water was wonderful on rainy and sunny days -I have not finished exploring things yet but this is wonderful for all ages -I have already rented for next year -we are planning a family reunion there. great place tobe around great owners and staff -bought all my gifts downstairs at life is good -can't say enough about this place --i recomend this to everyone i Know -even told and emailed my customers -see you next year.  -Grand Victorian Guest Fall 2009
 
We have vacationed in this unit for the last two years and have been delighted with the accommodations and the responsiveness of our agent Chris. It is meticulously maintained, the linens are clean, plush, and in abundance, and the kitchen is equipped for an accomplished chef! But who needs a chef when you can walk to several nice restaurants, or hit the pier for french fries or fried dough? If you like to sleep-in, this unit is nestled into the architecture such that outside noises are very limited. Once you get yourself out of bed, you can enjoy a cup of coffee on either one of the two balconies that look out onto the ocean. I hit the fitness room every day and never had to fight for a piece of equipment. The cable TV and wireless internet service is a plus and you cannot beat the amenities. If you want to park the car and enjoy the sites, you can get to most places on foot. You will really enjoy this unit and my only advice is to book early!!  -Grand Victorian Summer and Fall Guest 2008 and 2009

My family and I rented a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath unit from 8/14-8/21. We had a wonderful stay and the Condo was both beautiful and immaculate. The location couldn't have been better, and for all my fears about the noise, when the doors were closed, the unit was quiet. Chris was a delight to work with, and more importantly, everything was as advertised, there were no surprises! The staff at the building were both courteous and helpful, and I would not hesitate to recommend a similar stay to anyone.

I was in search of the perfect beach front condo on OOB. I found Chris Kelly (Apex Rentals) she was fabulous the entire process. She set us up at the Grand Victorian on the Pier. It was wonderful, exactly what we were looking for and in our price range. The condo was tastefully decorated,comfortable, roomy, quiet and had every amenity possible. (All top of the line appliances and the best was the washer and dryer in the unit :)!) The staff at The Grand Vic was wonderful. The complex was impeccably maintained, onsite parking was a welcomed treat. The location was the Best on OOB. (A bit tricky getting in and out due to the proximity to the main strip at OOB) but that was exactly what we wanted, right where the action was, yet, able to retire at the end of the day in a peaceful,quiet environment. It was a treat to have coffee on the balcony each morning while watching the sun rise over the ocean :) Our family has been visiting OOB for at least 10 years now and this was our best stay ever. My thanks to Chris for taking such good care of us. We will book the same unit with Chris next summer.
