Show the property to qualified tenants;

 

Process applications for tenancy, including completing credit checks for potential tenants;

 

Draft leases (annual rentals) and rental agreements (weekly rentals) for the property; as well as collect security deposit and rental payments;

 

Collect all Sales Tax (if applicable, rental less than 28 days) and remit to Sales Tax division on behalf of the Property Owner;


Collect Non-refundable Security Deposit Insurance for all weekly rentals and report all damage to CSA Insurance for reimbursement;

 

Complete an initial inspection and complete move in and move out inspections with Tenants;

 

Respond to all calls from Tenants regarding property maintenance issues and report to Property Owner for guidance;
