Our Story

Apex Luxury Rentals is a boutique luxury rental company located in Falmouth Foreside, ME.  Apex offers full rental and management services for approximately 200 high end properties in the Southern Maine market.  Our diverse portfolio includes elegant condos, multi-family living, luxury high-rises and single family homes. We offer a wide array of unfurnished property as well as furnished property stylishly appointed by our in house design team experienced in providing residents with an inviting place to call home.

Growing up in a real estate family, Christa Kelley always knew real estate was in her blood.  After spending years in corporate America, she took on the entrepreneurial challenge of building a company based around luxury residential real estate.  Her pursuit was to build a preeminent company in high end and corporate rentals that was very much underserved. Starting out with a handful of elegant apartments, the company has since acquired many residences in prime neighborhoods and towns throughout Southern Maine.  

For over a decade, Apex has been dedicated to offering luxury rental property and superior service.  As the top full service rental firm in Southern Maine, our property managers, skilled in property leasing and management, are committed to representing the highest quality property in Southern Maine.  Our property owners hire us because they know their property will be well cared for and appreciate that Apex has the broadest reach in the market to attract the best tenants and highest rents. The Residential Experience
