Apex Luxury Rentals 317 Foreside Rd, Falmouth, ME 04105 SEA SALT!!!! I have had the most wonderful experience living at 35 Town Landing Rd. Falmouth, Maine. Chris, Adam, Pam, & Tracy have become my extended family. They are super professional and always have a can do attitude. My journey started on September 1st. 2018. This beautiful beach home/ bungalow has everything you will need to have a perfect beach vacation. Every room in this house has a magnificent view of Casco Bay-and all of its hidden jewels 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. Huge smart TV Towels, linens, lobster pot Whirlpool Outdoor shower Decks and garden patio Grill Huge fire pit A/C Beautiful stone wall for privacy Literally on the BEACH The location is in a Quaint little beach neighborhood . Everyone is friendly and willing to lend a helping hand Sunrise and sunset are the best I have seen anywhere The working fishermen and lobstermen work so hard and I have had the privilege of getting to know them. Town Landing Market is straight up the street. No worries if you need anything. They will have it. (2 minute walk) Harbor master is always at the town landing for any information you need about Casco Bay. Or in an emergency. Stocked bar with all the bells and whistles This beautiful home has three stories. The first floor has 2 of the bedrooms and one full bathroom. Also, on this floor, a great room with huge TV and wrap around couch that opens into a king size bed. (Really 3 beds on this floor.) The second floor is the main floor with the most beautiful fireplace and smart TV . Kitchen is fully functional with all of the top end appliances. Coffee??? No problem!! You have your option of a kuireg and nespresso . Enjoy your coffee out on the beautiful deck. Formal dining room and half bath with full size washer and dryer round out this floor. Floor to ceiling windows facing the water!!! With the option of closing the blinds for privacy. The third floor is my absolute favorite!!! This is a little gem for the king and queen of the house. Again, windows and views abound. This is the master bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom. There is also a little alcove for reading and coffee or tea. 2 beautiful chairs and a little table. Again views views views!!! On the north end wall is a beautiful contemporary desk and chair. Again views on the northern side of Casco Bay. This is a working landing. You will get to experience all of the people who bring their boats into the water during the summer and take their boats out at the end of the summer. I have lived in this house for 2 1/2 years. I understand this review may not pertain to those who stay a couple of weeks. There are walking trails and preserves within walking distance. No need to get in the car. beautiful walks on the beach when tide is low. The moon shines on this house as the water glistens. You will have the best seat in the house Watching the world go round. Portland yacht club right next door. Dockside Grill restaurant is within walking distance. The curated art in this home is so special. Chris Kelley has graced this home with artwork from Maine artists only. Phenomenal !!! Bottom line. Unbelievable!! Come and just do it. It will be the memory of a lifetime. Caveat: I am moving to another one of apex Luxury Rentals! I was so satisfied with my experience that I just turned around and am renting in another location. Yarmouth. The interior layout is perfect, with a large open shared space on the main floor with plenty of private space above and below. The generous balcony and patio spaces are perfectly conducive to enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the water or boiling lobsters and clams over the fire. The place is well stocked with everything you need, and even with things you didn't think you needed but will end up enjoying! The Town Landing Market just up the hill is a short walk and very convenient for food and wine.

In fact, it's difficult to accurately portray in words what a wonderful setting this fabulous house provides for experiencing and exploring the Falmouth area. The house is utterly immaculate. The owners maintain it with an attention to detail and commitment to quality that is the equal of any fine lodge, inn or hotel in the area. From the fresh flowers to the excellent linens, no detail is spared. It is stocked with every necessity, furnished with top-of-the-line appliances, and designed with ultimate comfort, relaxation and fun in mind. It's bright and airy design marries quintessential Maine cape cod on the outside with a twist of modern convenience and design on the inside. The beautiful deck and terrace exposes one of the most wonderful views one could have in Falmouth, of the harbor, beach, and ocean beyond. There is no place we'd rather be than on the deck, wine in hand, watching the boats glide into Town Landing and out to sea. So many times, listings like these make promises that aren't kept...but this home is the exception. If anything, the pictures don't really do it justice. We loved our stay and look forward to many more years in this very, very special retreat!

We rented this home for a week in July and it was absolutely stunning. I don't think any of us left the deck the entire time. We rented kayaks and had them delivered to the house. It was such a treat to launch the boats off the private beach and explore the wonderful islands surrounding the bay. We are already making plans to come back again next year. The owners were very helpful and accommodating.
