Kitchen, Dining & Living: The heart of the home is designed to celebrate the vibrant Florida light. With soaring ceilings reaching over 11 feet and expansive impact glass windows, the open-concept living area feels incredibly spacious and airy. For your comfort, the entire home features elegant wood-like tile flooring, upgraded baseboards, and custom window blinds for privacy that are automated and can be set to varying heights on all windows. Designer wallpaper accents create an atmosphere that is as much a gallery as it is a home. 

The living space is anchored by sophisticated crown molding and LED lighting, offering a polished backdrop for relaxation. Whether you are hosting a quiet evening or entertaining friends, the "Great Room" layout ensures everyone stays connected. There is an American Leather couch and two swivel arm chairs. For when you are ready to snuggle up and watch a movie, we provide a basket full of cozy blankets from our friends at Chappy Wraps.   

Sliding doors lead from the living space to the outdoor lanai with a heated pool and hot tub. For more relaxation, there is one couch and two lounge chairs overlooking the beautiful Florida sky as well as the lake.  

We believe an Apex kitchen should be both a visual masterpiece and a chef’s delight. This stunning kitchen features light quartz countertops and a matching backsplash that perfectly complements the stacked cabinetry extending to the ceiling. Professional-grade stainless steel appliances, including a Miele-level attention to detail and pantry pull-out drawers, make meal preparation effortless. We take great pride in thoughtfully outfitting our kitchens with every item that may enhance a guest experience. The large breakfast bar that seats three which provides a natural gathering spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Bed, Bath & Den: The villa’s three bedrooms (in addition to a versatile den/guest room) are designed as private sanctuaries.  

Primary Suite: The Primary Suite is a true retreat, featuring a spacious layout, tray ceilings, and direct views of the preserve.  The king bed is fitted with Cuddledown linens, comforter and several pillows so you can enjoy a luxurious night’s sleep. Each side of the bed has a reading lamps and a night stand. The large windows are equipped with automatic privacy shades as well as custom drapes for additional comfort.  

The oversized en suite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with premium fixtures and a Kinetico water filtration system for the ultimate in self-care. It also features a granite topped vanity with two sinks, storage drawers, and a large mirror.  
To keep you organized, store your wardrobe in an large walk in closet/dressing room with custom lighting and shelving to properly store shoes, dress shirts, long items and bags. 

Bedroom #2: This bedroom is decorated with creamy white and gray hues to maximize brightness and relaxartion. The Queen bed it fitted with the highest quality linens, comforter, and pillows. The three large windows which wrap around the room are accompanied by electric privacy blinds. There is a full sized mirror and custom closet offering plenty of storage. 

Bedroom #3: Through the custom French doors, this queen room will deliver a tranquil nights sleep upon the softest linens. Each side of the bed is accompanied by a nightstand with storage drawers as well as tabletop lamps. With a custom closet with build in shelves and drawers you are sure to have an organized place to lay your wardrobe.  

These two bedrooms share a full bath with an oversized glass and granite shower, a single vanity with granite countertops, as well as custom storage cabinets.  

For those balancing work and play, the den provides a quiet, moody space for productivity or a cozy nook for an afternoon read. The comfortable leather couch can pull out into a cushiony queen sized bed for your extra guests. For extra storage and table space, a leather ottom with built-in storage fits perfectly within this room.  

Tucked away for convenience, the laundry room features upgraded front-load appliances, quartz countertops, and upper cabinetry for a polished, functional workspace.
