Lower Level Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with high quality linens along with a direct waterfront view, custom closet system for comfortable storage. 

Lower Level Bedroom 3 offers 2 queen beds with high quality linens as well as a custom closet system and 40" flat panel TV.

Lower Level Bedroom 2 and 3 have a shared bathroom complete with walk in custom shower, double vanity, and washer dryer.

The Guest House next door offering accommodations for 4 may also be rented. 

Minutes to the areas best shopping and restaurants in the charming village of Yarmouth...Be sure to check out Gather, Royal River Grill House, Bistro 233, Woodhull Public House, and Owl and Elm.  Rosemont Market on Main St in Yarmouth offers gourmet foods, and has a wonderful selection of cheese and fish.  For a quick lunch try Clayton's Cafe for one of many sandwich options.   Just 20 minutes to Portland and the Jetport.
